Cultural Project Management for the Borghi Ecosystem

Meeting Gardens Alternative Programme is a course of research and situated practice, a collective endeavour to explore the complex interconnections within a section of the Vicenza area, amongst the villages and marginalised areas.

The aim is to engage with what emerges โ€“ with the pressing local issues โ€“ by navigating the vicissitudes and implications of pollutants at the threshold between the visible and the invisible, whilst actively engaging with the territories.

From March to May 2026, over the course of six intensive weekends, a number of sites between Vicenza and Trissino were explored, with a view to examining ecosystem changes and the impact of human activity on these contexts, and to formulating and experimenting with collective methodologies centred on community engagement, participation and generative storytelling. The programme aims to enhance the project management skills of cultural practitioners, whose research will then take shape in a final presentation conceived and designed collectively.
